REFUND POLICY

You may be eligible for a refund if you inform us within 3 to 5 days since finalizing your purchase from Ignition BPO.


We at Ignition Marketing usually start working on green-lit projects almost immediately, so the company holds the right to refuse a full refund if work has already been done on a particular project. In such cases, we will determine the cost of the work we have already done, adjust it from the amount paid and refund the rest.


Ignition BPO reserves the right to refuse any refund requests past 05 days of payment. 


Refund processing may take up to 2 days since refund request since each request is subject to review.
